Blur

First you have to open a new page and then select the gradient tool.

Second you have to select the angle gradiant.

Third you have to select the color of your gradiant.

Fourth you have to select filters and scroll down to blur, then go to the side and scroll down to radial blur.

Fifth you have to click on radial blur and then put the amount at 66. Then select ZOOM and the quality at Good.

Sixth you have the finished product.
