The Encanto hotel special rates for the Tri-District conference are:
$89.99 USD plus tax. King bed - up to two people.
$99.99 USD plus tax. Two double beds - up to 4 people.

Booth/Display reservation: Reservation available with online pre-registration only. Small booth 8"x6", Large booth 8"x8".
If you need to cancel your conference registration, please do so by August 15, 2008, for a partial refund. There will be a $20.00 processing fee. Otherwise, no refund can be made. Cancellation requests should be made to Loren Kuehne (575-522-3763)
